Rocío is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has spent the past several years building and shaping People & Culture teams in remote, international organizations. Her career has centered on partnering closely with leaders and teams to create workplaces where people have clarity, ownership, and the opportunity to do meaningful work and grow.
She is particularly passionate about leadership development, organizational design, and turning people challenges into practical systems that actually work. Having worked with teams across different countries and cultures, Ro believes there is rarely a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to people. For her, great People teams go beyond policies and processes—they help leaders have better conversations, teams work better together, and organizations build cultures that can evolve as the business grows.
Outside of work, Rocío loves reading, listening to rock music, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and spending time with the people she loves. She is also very much a cat person and shares her home with Leia and Napoleón, who occasionally make uninvited appearances on video calls.
