SeedTrust began with a simple but powerful idea: families navigating surrogacy and egg donation deserve better. The escrow process, meant to provide peace of mind, was often slow, unclear, and frustrating. Payments were delayed. Questions went unanswered. Access to account information was limited. Amazing people working hard to build families or help others were left stressed and uncertain.
 
We knew there had to be a better way.
 
A small group of professionals from the accounting, legal, and financial worlds came together, not to chase profits, but to build a service that could truly support this community. Driven by a shared passion to solve the challenges intended parents, surrogates, donors, and agencies face, we created something new: an escrow experience that’s transparent, secure, and built on trust.
 
Over the years, SeedTrust has grown from a small startup into an industry leader and a trusted partner for thousands of families. Along the way, we’ve redefined what escrow should look like, introducing technology that provides instant access to information, scheduled payments, streamlined and reviewed disbursement approvals, tools like escrow credit cards and lost wages calculators, and a commitment to service that puts people first.
 
We’ve also taken bold steps to protect those we serve. From the beginning, we prioritized security, introducing a structure with strong checks and balances, independent audits, external oversight, and meaningful bonding. Today, SeedTrust is backed by the largest bond in the industry, because we believe protection shouldn’t just be promised. It should be proven.
 
Our growing team now includes dedicated professionals, including attorneys, CPAs, MBAs, former bank executives, and a growing group of experts all who care deeply about our mission, clients, and industry.
 
We’ve come a long way, but our focus remains the same: doing the right thing for the families we serve. Always.
 
We also believe in giving back. SeedTrust has taken on leadership roles in leading industry organizations like the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) and actively supports Men Having Babies, the ABA, ASRM, AAAA, the Surrogacy Foundation, and other nonprofit organizations working to strengthen our incredible industry.
 
This is more than just escrow. It’s peace of mind. It’s doing right by people building their families, or helping others build theirs. And it’s our honor to be part of that journey.
