Adam Winder, MBA, is the President and CEO of SeedTrust and an executive with over fifteen years of experience in financial services. Adam transitioned from banking to SeedTrust because he felt a personal purpose and wanted to leverage his background connection to the to make escrow services more secure and reduce unnecessary financial burdens in the process. After becoming a father, Adam realized that every family should have the opportunity to experience the joy of parenthood. Before becoming a Partner at SeedTrust, Adam led strategy for the commercial line of business at SunTrust Bank and spent over eight years advising middle-market companies.
Adam is passionate about giving back and helping others, and has been recognized as a leader in the Surrogacy and Egg Donation industry, serving as the President and now an executive board member of the Society of Ethics in Surrogacy and Egg Donation (SEEDS). Additionally, he serves on the board and as the CFO of Making the Grade – Hope for African Youth. Adam graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Bridgewater College. He also holds an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma.
