A Message About Security and Our Onboarding Process

Our recent updates are a direct result of our deeper integration with our banking partners. This means we now operate under the same strict regulations and compliance standards as the banks themselves, including key requirements from the USA PATRIOT Act and the Bank Secrecy Act.

These changes allow us to meet the same legal requirements as major financial institutions when opening and managing accounts. Over our 10-year history, we have served more than 30,000 families without a single breach. We are confident that this new process takes our security protocols to the next level.

What to Expect During Onboarding

To comply with these new regulations, we’ll now ask you to provide standard Customer Identification Program (CIP) information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and Social Security Number. While this means we’ll need more detailed information, we’ve designed the process to be simple, secure, and user-friendly.

How We Protect Your Data

Your information is safeguarded by multiple layers of security.

AES-256 Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted the moment it is received and remains encrypted whether in storage or in transit.

Least Privilege Access: Access to your information is extremely limited. For example, your Social Security Number is never visible to staff and is transmitted only to our partner banks.

Secure Transfer: In most cases, your information is received, encrypted, and securely transferred to the bank without any internal access.

Intrusion Detection & Prevention: We deploy IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems) to monitor, identify, and block malicious activity.

Our commitment is to your security and peace of mind. We are dedicated to ensuring a simple, secure, and seamless journey for every client. If you have any questions, our team is always here to help.
