What to Expect During Onboarding
To meet these comprehensive regulatory requirements, our onboarding process now includes collecting standard Customer Identification Program (CIP) information. This involves providing:
Full name
Date of birth
Residential address
Social Security Number

Least Privilege Access: Access to your information is extremely limited. For example, your Social Security Number is never visible to the majority of our staff and is accessible only to a small, select group of specialized personnel who must work directly with our banking partners for regulatory compliance.
Intrusion Detection & Prevention: We utilize sophisticated systems, specifically IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems), to constantly monitor our network. These tools are designed to identify, alert us to, and automatically block any malicious activity, providing a proactive shield against threats.
