Carsten Stern is a seasoned sales and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience in Women’s Health, OB/GYN, IVF, and reproductive medicine. Throughout his career, he has built and launched businesses, developed strategic partnerships, and helped healthcare organizations grow through innovative solutions and strong industry relationships. His experience includes leadership roles with donor sperm and egg banks, fertility agencies, and reproductive-health companies, where he has focused on connecting clinics, physicians, agencies, and patients with products and services that improve the fertility journey. Today, Carsten serves as Director of Clinical Partnerships with SeedTrust, where he works to develop relationships and partnerships across the fertility community.
Outside of his professional life, Carsten is a proud father who values family, relationships, and making the most of life beyond the office. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and has pursued several ventures over the years, including his luxury cabin retreats in the North Georgia mountains. He enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, discovering great places to eat and explore, and—when the opportunity presents itself—sharing a good laugh and a well-timed dad joke. At the heart of it all, Carsten is driven by relationships, a genuine desire to help others, and a passion for making a positive impact in the fertility community.
