April Ogle is Head of Growth & Innovation at SeedTrust, where she leads growth strategy across the SeedTrust portfolio of companies. She has more than two decades of experience across healthcare, wellness, B2B SaaS, and professional services. April builds the systems that growth runs on: brand positioning, marketing automation, sales enablement, and the dashboards leaders use to make decisions. She pairs executive strategy with hands on execution, from customer journey design and conversion focused funnels to practical AI workflows that give lean teams real leverage. Wake Forest School of Business selected April for its inaugural Executive Partners Mentorship Program, and she has spoken to Women in STEM at Virginia Tech. She also runs an innovation club that trains the next generation of innovative builders within our companies. April is based in Lexington, North Carolina.
