Emily serves as General Counsel for SeedTrust, bringing with her a diverse background of legal experience. Originally from Kentucky, Emily earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky before pursuing her law degree in Florida. She now proudly calls Saint Augustine home.
Over the course of her career, Emily has built a strong foundation across multiple areas of the law. She has served as a prosecutor, represented the interests of children as a guardian ad litem, and practiced as a civil litigation attorney.
When she’s not guiding SeedTrust with her legal expertise, Emily enjoys life on the water with her husband and their two young boys. Whether it’s kayaking through Florida’s waterways or catching waves in the ocean, she treasures the time spent outdoors with her family.
