SeedTrust was founded to simplify and improve the escrow fund management process for intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, and agencies.

Edward Brockshmidt, a former managing partner at a CPA firm working with surrogacy agencies, saw firsthand the frustration caused by slow responses, infrequent payments, and limited account access from traditional escrow providers. These inefficiencies led to unnecessary stress for all parties, inspiring Edward to create a better solution—one that allows families to focus on building their future rather than dealing with financial headaches.

To bring his vision to life, Edward partnered with attorney Roland Salloum, whose personal experience with infertility gave him a deep understanding of the challenges families face. Roland’s legal expertise helped shape SeedTrust’s innovative approach, including contract reviews, payment summaries, and securely holding funds in attorney-managed trust accounts.

As SeedTrust grew, strategic financial executive Adam Winder joined the team, bringing years of experience in banking and corporate leadership. Adam’s passion for SeedTrust’s mission and his expertise in financial services helped drive the company’s strategy, solidifying its role as an industry leader.

Together, Edward, Roland, and Adam have built a company committed to making the escrow process secure, reliable, and stress-free.
